A soothing blend of herbs and salts to calm the body and mind. Magnesium blend of Epsom salts and magnesium chloride from the ancient Zechstein seabed, green clay and lavender flowers. Mixed with an adaptogenic herbal blend of motherwort, kava, astragalus and vetiver. Draw a warm bath and add 1/4 cup of bath soak mix. Soak for 20 minutes and relax the body and kiss your anxiety and tension away!
