Lung Support - Herbal Steam

Herbal blend for lung support, filled with healing and supportive aromatics. This blend is to be use as a cleansing steam to purify the air in the home and support the respiratory system during bouts of wildfire or excessive pollution. Add 1/4 cup of herbs to large pot of water, let simmer on stove top until water runs low. Can be used as a personal steam by adding 2 tablespoons of herb blend to a small pot of hot water and using a towel to create a small tent like a steam room.
